Who We Are
NDACT provides support with and advocacy for your young person, ensuring that they are supported and uplifted throughout their education lives and developmental years.
NDACT offers autism and neurodiversity support through consultancy, training, and advocacy using a neurodiversity affirming approach. We are able to offer a wide range of bespoke services tailored to individual’s and settings’ needs. Through providing evidence-based advice, support and training to settings, we aim to support children and young people with a wide range of neurodivergent needs, including autism, with or without formal diagnosis.
NDACT works flexibly and holistically to explore all aspects impacting on children and young people. We use solution-focused approaches, working closely with a range of professionals and the family to seek and enable improved access to learning and better outcomes for all.
A wide range of packages of support are available and can be agreed based around individual need. Support can involve consultations, advice, and training, including online support which can be a highly cost-effective way to access our services where appropriate. We are able to work at individual, small-group, whole school, trust, or local authority level. Our training offer is flexible and can include staff mentoring as well as whole school or trust packages for TD days, staff meetings, twilights, etc.
“I have been having regular therapy sessions with Patti for a while now. I feel seen, heard and looked after. Patti understands the many facets of SEND parenting & her ability to value, understand and hold space for you, whilst gently challenging you to delve deeper into feelings, events and new perspectives is second to none. We also have a great laugh!
I attend the parent support group run by Patti and Lisa. They are a font of knowledge, a great support and it is a welcome refuge to be in such a safe space. It is lovely meeting other SEND parents and sharing both highs and lows with each other, offering support and feeling some solidarity!”
