Lots of courses teach you to be aware of neurodiversity, but the Equalities Act requires us to be more than aware – it requires us to make reasonable adjustments to what we’re doing.
Three-part training that can be offered as a full 6-hour day or as 3 sessions of 2.5 hours:
A masterclass in understanding a range of different neurodivergent presentations and understanding how these presentations may create barriers in a workplace and when working independently, but also how neurodivergent approaches may enhance your workforce.
A second session will cover what you can do to reduce barriers and build a sense of inclusion including supporting neurotypical employees’ understanding of changes and adjustments that are made to accommodate a neurodivergent workforce.
A workshop on applying the masterclasses to your own experience and situation.
